Time Required for HEC Degree Attestation through TCS

The time required for HEC degree attestation through TCS depends on several factors, including the type of degree, the level of degree, and the workload at HEC and TCS offices. Generally, the processing time for HEC degree attestation through TCS is 7 to 10 working days. However, it can take longer if there is a high volume of applications or if there are any issues with the documents submitted.

  • HEC has authorized TCS Courier Company to provide assistance to those seeking domestic attestation of educational documents from all over Pakistan.
  • To avail of this service, applicants need to submit their application form, relevant educational documents, attestation fee, and courier service charges at the designated TCS centers.
  • TCS will be responsible for obtaining the attestation of the documents from HEC and returning them to the applicants.
  • If, for any reason, the documents are returned unattested, the applicant may claim a refund of the attestation fee from TCS.

To ensure the timely processing of your degree attestation application, it is important to carefully follow the guidelines provided by HEC and TCS. Applicants should ensure that their documents are complete, accurate, and meet the requirements for attestation. It is also recommended to submit the application well in advance to avoid any delays in the attestation process.

  3. If an incomplete transcript is being submitted, the status of incomplete studies must be reflected on the transcript, and the relevant option of incomplete studies must be selected while applying online for degree attestation.
  4. If a transcript is issued by a department/institute/affiliated college and not by the Examination/Controller’s office of the university, it must be verified by the Controller of Examination of the concerned university.

If such errors exist, the concerned university must be contacted to issue revised documents free of omission/overwriting/erasure, or a verified copy of the document from the Controller of Examination of the concerned university/DAI may be provided.
  9. Applicants must read the complete procedure for the selected method of attestation (Walk-In or Courier Service) before proceeding to avoid any inconvenience.
