Jail Bharo Tehreek Schedule Online Registration is issued by PTI. Initially, political parties united to create the “Movement for Restoration of Democracy (MRD)” in 1981. Their primary aim was to restore democracy and speak out against Zia ul Haq’s martial law. As part of their efforts, the MRD launched the Jail Bharo Tehreek, a movement where thousands of people, including lawyers and political workers, participated and were subsequently arrested.

What is Jail Bharo Tehreek?
Tomorrow, in the initial stage of the Jail Bharo Tehreek, approximately 200 leaders and activists of the PTI party are expected to surrender themselves to the authorities in Lahore. The PTI party has planned to host an event at 12:30 pm to honor these leaders and workers. After the event, the leaders and workers will be led by the PTI Central Punjab President, Dr. Yasmin Rashid, as they head towards Charing Cross, en route Jail Road.
In 1986, the MRD, with the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) taking the lead, organized the movement for a second time. Unfortunately, the movement failed to achieve its primary objective, but it did provide some limited support to democracy.
