Cambridge Maths O Level Past Papers D (formerly ‘Calculator Version’) encourages the development of mathematical knowledge as a key life skill, and as a basis for more advanced study. The syllabus aims to build learners’ confidence by helping them develop a feel for numbers, patterns, and relationships, and places a strong emphasis on solving problems and presenting and interpreting results.
Learners gain an understanding of how to communicate and reason using mathematical concepts, and the syllabus also ensures learners are confident in the use of an electronic calculator (which is essential for one of the two final examinations).
Grade descriptions for Maths O Level Past Papers
For some subjects, the syllabus states that Grade Descriptions will be made available after the first assessment in 2020 or 2021.
Publication of grade descriptions for these syllabuses has been delayed. This is to make sure that grade descriptions reflect examination outcomes appropriately and are based on the full range of candidate performance after the 2020 and 2021 series.
We have scanned a small selection of, GCSE, and A-level syllabuses, question papers, mark schemes, and examiners’ reports for you to access online. Please note there are no mark schemes for any exam subjects before 1991 and only a limited number of examiner reports for subjects from 1957.
