UAF entry test syllabus 2021 Before opening of on-line entry test registration form portal or thereafter to submit on-line application form for admission, each candidate should read these terms and conditions carefully.
A- ENTRY TEST:
- Only two entry tests will be conducted according to the notified schedule at all the designated Centers of the University. The candidates appearing in the Intermediate (PartII) or equivalent examination and waiting for their result, are eligible to apply for registration/appear in the entry test.
- The test will contain MCQs from the Syllabus of Intermediate(Part-I&II) or equivalent qualification of the respective test streams approved by the University. Before the selection of entry test streams, your own group of studies at the Intermediate or equivalent level be carefully kept in view as after selecting the test stream once, no candidate can be allowed to change the same. The detail of degree programs being offered during the next session, 2019-2020, minimum eligibility of each, and matching entry test steam is given separately.
- Before opening online registration portal, you should keep your as well as your father’s original/copy of the Computerized National Identity Card or number given on the ‘B’ form, Intermediate (Part-I) result card, and other necessary documents, with you.
3.1 While Registering yourself please make sure that you have used your own CNIC/B-Form number on the Registration form as it cannot be changed after Registration. The system will allow you a username and password, which should be saved by you on any paper/elsewhere, as it will be required for login and reference during all the remaining processes.
- Read the instructions for the entry test carefully and then fill up your personal information on the fee voucher. Beware that correct information according to available documentary evidence be filled up, as it cannot be changed after its on-line submission. You will personally be responsible for the submission of any wrong information/data. Then print out your fee voucher, and deposit prescribed fee at the designated Bank(s) branch of ABL or MCB prior or on the last date.
- After depositing dues open portal using your allotted Username and Password, fill up the entry test registration form and submit the same. Before its submission, selected Test Stream and Center be again checked carefully as it cannot be changed afterwards. Take print out your Roll No. slip wherein your roll number, time, date, selected test stream and center will be indicated. Please reach at the centre atleast half an hour prior to given time and do not bring cell phone or any other material while entering into examination room.
- The result of entry test(s) will be available on University website according to the announced schedule. If you want to re-appear in the 2nd entry test for improvement of marks, there is no need to register yourself again except to deposit dues by using your username and password. It may be noted that higher marks obtained in any of the test will be considered for admission purpose. The passing marks in entry test to apply for admission to DVM and Engineering programs of the Faculty of Agri. Engineering & Technology are 50%, whereas in other degree programs, the candidate having 50% or below marks can apply. However, their admission will be strictly on merit basis.
