A fake letter is shared on social media in which the Federal Directorate of Education FED has announced Winter Vacation in Islamabad 2023 till 15th January 2023. FDE has extended the ongoing winter vacations for more than one week.
A fake notification is circulating on social media that claims: “All educational institutions working under the ambit of Federal Directorate of Education shall now reopen on 16-01-2023.”
This letter is tempered and fake confirmed by the Federal government. This is an edited letter of the previous extension in winter vacations. There is no more extension in winter holidays in Islamabad schools and colleges.

However, in view of the harsh weather conditions, the authorities concerned extended the winter vacation in Islamabad 2023 break till January 8.
