According to the constitution of Pakistan, the chief executive and most powerful person in Pakistan is:

  5. Prime Minister

The Prime Minister is the Chief Executive who heads and exercises the authority of the Government of Pakistan.

After obtaining a vote of confidence, the Prime Minister is invited by the President to take the oath of office and form the government.
