FIA Jobs 2021 Online Apply:
Application form has three stages i.e., Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3.
Step 1 includes the following information.
a. Select the post for which you want to apply.
b. Verify that you are eligible for the said post as all the requirements for the said
post are displayed in the modal like job title, education etc. Also confirm about
your Quota before ‘Apply for the said Post’.
c. Select valid issue date of CNIC.
d. Select valid DoB. Please do not type by yourself. If you are below 18 then you
cannot apply.
e. Select age relaxation claim from the dropdown menu if applicable.
f. Select the relevant domicile region, domicile district, gender, and religion from
their respective dropdown menus.
g. Select physical test location, test center for (CBT), and interview center from the
dropdown menu.
i. Physical test location is only applicable to executive posts only i.e. Sub
Inspector, Assistant Sub Inspector, Constable etc.
ii. For ministerial posts physical test locations are not required to select.
h. Select degree which is required for the post selected above and result declaration
date of that degree.
i. Select the required qualification/experience drop down menu.
i. Select ‘Yes’ to confirm that you are qualified to apply for the selected post
ii. Selecting ‘No’ will redirect you at your profile page where you can apply
for any other post
j. The “Save and Proceed” button will be enabled only when captcha is verified.
k. The Save and Proceed button will redirect you to step 2 of the application form.
Step 2 includes following information:
l. Upload your recent passport size picture. Picture should be
a. Less than 30 KB
b. With Blue/White Background
c. Make sure that the picture has the appropriate lighting
d. Avoid unnecessary accessories like black glasses, frames etc.
e. Use a front-facing portrait
m. Enter secondary mobile number for reference only
n. Enter your office or residence contact number for reference only
o. Enter secondary email address for reference only
p. Select Disability if any, Disability certificate will be provided at the time of
interview to justify your claim.
q. Enter your complete address by selecting your Province, District, Sector, Street,
House No, Postal Code, Temporary Address (Address Line) and permanent
address.
r. The “save and proceed” button will be enabled only when captcha is verified. The
“save and proceed” button will redirect you to Step 3 of the application, which is
final step of the application.
Step 3 includes following information:
s. Provide your education history. All fields in the education form are mandatory.
t. For security clearance provide your police station district and address line of that
police station.
u. Check the declaration checkbox to proceed with the given terms and conditions.
v. The “Save and Proceed” button will be enabled only when captcha is verified. The
“Save and Proceed” button will redirect you to your profile where you can check
your application history by using the option of “applications history”.
Note: Application form can be filled in stages i.e., after completing
Step 1,
applicant could be Log off. On doing so, application status in application history
will be “Step 1 Completed”. Click on update button to continue with the
completion of application form. Similarly, after completion of Step 2, applicant
could be logged off with the same process as mentioned above. In the case
application status in application history will be “Step 2 Completed”. After
completion of Step 3, application will be considered Completed. Applications with
status “Completed” will be entertained only.
Subject :Instructions about Test Date assignment ,Test Centers allocation and
downloading of Registration Slips.
- After completion of application forms, Registration Slip can be downloaded for
ministerial posts i.e., Assistant, LDC, UDC, Steno-typist etc. using Registration Slip
option in applicant history page.
- Registration slips for executive posts (Sub Inspector, Assistant Sub Inspector,
Constable and Constable Driver) will be available for download when physical test
center and test date is assigned to the applicant. Intimation to applicants about
downloading registration slip will be conveyed through SMS on their primary
mobile number. Similarly same intimation will be conveyed through FIA Web
portal for downloading Registration Slip.
Subject : Guidelines Regarding Submission of Complaint - Login FIA Web Portal using your registered email.
- Login will redirect you to your profile i.e., Application History Page.
- To submit any query/complaint, Click on “Complaint Box” option.
- Provide the required details and click submit button. Complaint status can be
checked using this panel. Complaint status will be updated as “Resolved” with
the given remarks if it is addressed.
