MCJ Admission 8th Class 2023 Online Registration Form, Fee Structure, Entry Test Date: Military College Jhelum Sarai Alamgir starts taking online applications for the 8th class session 2022-2023. the online registration starts today, the last date of submission of online registration forms with a single fee after the online applications will be paid with a double fee till the last date.

The Admission Process for MCJ Admission 8th Class 2023 is started. The last date to apply with a normal fee is 5 Oct 2022, with a double fee is 15 Oct 2022 and with a triple fee is 18 Nov 2022. The Entrance Exam will be held on Sunday, 27 Nov 2022 at selected centers all over Pakistan. The detail of the Registration Fee (Normal) is as under:-

  • Officers (Serving/Retd)                      –           Rs. 2,000/-
  • JCOs/NCOs/Sldrs (Serving/Retd)    –           Rs. 1,500/-
  • Civilians                                              –           Rs. 2,500/-

Eligibility Criteria for 8th Class:

the age limit of applicants from 01 April 2022 will be from 12 to 14 years old. the 90 days relaxation will be given under the laws.

Qualification: the 7th class pass male and female candidates can submit online registration forms for MCJ Admission 8th Class 2023.

Interested and eligible candidates may submit application forms or can take any type of information related to admission tests and interviews from these numbers:

Written Test / Selection Process:

the written test will be held on dated 30 October 2022 Sunday, of subjects Urdu, English, Mathematics, General Science, and Islamiat (non-Muslims can give an entry test for Pakistan studies instead of Islamiat). the written test will be taken from Punjab Textbook Boards class 5th, 6th, and 7th. after successful Entry Test Exams, the candidates will be called for Intelligence Tests and Interviews.

Eligibility:

Matric passes candidates, and intermediate candidates can also apply for admission to Military College Jhelum.

The age of the candidate must be 15 to 17 on dated 01 July 2022.

Admission will be on merit, the final selection will depend on the previous mark sheet, written test, and interview.

The admission application form must be reached before dated 15 October 2022 written test will be held on dated 30 October 2022 Sunday. The written test will be taken in the following subjects: English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry).

Online Submission Of Applications

      The College launched the “Online Submission of Applications” system in August 2016 to facilitate the desirous applicants. By using the system, applicants have to fill out the application form online. The following procedure is adopted for the submission of online applications:-

  • First of all, create an account on our website. Upon successful creation of the account, you will receive a username and password in your personal email immediately. (Try to use only Gmail as POP3 emails are returned back.)
  • Login to our website with the username and password you received.
  • Fill out the online form and submit it, after verifying your information.
  • After the submission of your form, you will see a “Fee Challan Form“. Download and print the challan form to pay your fee in any HBL branch in Pakistan.
  • After the payment of the fee, your fee will be verified by the College, and the roll no slip will be enabled in your online account at our website. You have to download it and take a print. You have to bring the same to your exam center.
    (Note that the College will not post-roll no slip to any candidate).
  • Entries in the Online Application Form must be based on correct information. All entries will be subject to scrutiny and verification. False information by a candidate noticed at any stage of his stay at the college, will render him liable to disciplinary action/withdrawal with payment of training charges.
  • The last date for submission of the online application form is advertised through the press and website in June / July (8th Class) each year.

Selection Procedure

The selection is based on the candidate’s performance/grading in the following:-

  • Written test (MCQs & Subjective) from Class V to Class VII (Punjab Textbook Board)
  • Intelligence Test
  • Interview
  • Medical Examination at the concerned Military Hospital Examination (CMH)
