The PM announced that under this Prime Minister youth loan scheme 2023, his government would provide an easy loan of Rs0.5 million to Rs1.5 million at pmyp portal gov pk.
PM Shehbaz made this announcement during his address to a ceremony of the easy PM loan program for youth in Islamabad yesterday.
Loan Size
The size of PM youth loan scheme 2023 is segregated into 3 tiers, as under:
- Tier 1 (T1): Up to Rs 0.5 million
- Tier 2 (T2): Above Rs 0.5 million and up to Rs 1.5 million
- Tier 3 (T3): Above Rs 1.5 million and up to Rs 7.5 million
Loan Type
- Term for PM Loan scheme 2023/ working capital loans including Murabaha and leasing/financing of machinery and locally manufactured vehicles for commercial use.
- Only one vehicle per borrower is allowed. A borrower in a food franchise and distribution business may avail of financing for more than one vehicle.
- Up to 65% of the total financing limit can be availed for Civil Works.
- For agriculture, production, and development loans are eligible.
Youth will be provided interest-free loans up to Rs0.5 million and from Rs0.5 million to Rs1.5 million at an interest rate of 7 percent, the PM said adding that these loans will be returned in seven years.
As per this new Prime Minister Loan Scheme 2023, the youth of Pakistan may get up to 7.5 Million (75 Lacs) loan amount in easy steps. They can grow their business as well as agricultural development.

Eligibility Criteria for PM Agriculture and Business Loan Scheme 2023
- All males and females between the age of 21 years to 45 years, Special persons (Disabled), and Transgender
- For IT Business age limit is 18 years instead of 21 years.
- The government has fixed 25% Loan for women
