Today Hangu Election Result 2022 of NA 33
After the outer of Imran Khan, PTI is asking for the Early General Elections in Pakistan. If elections are being conducted in 2 or 3 months there is a huge chance that PTI will come to power with a 2/3 majority.
The election result of NA33 is an Example of how the vote bank of PTI increased.
According to unofficial and unconfirmed results from all the polling stations in NA-33 Hangu, PTI candidate Dr Nadeem Khayal secured 21,583 votes, while JUI-F’s Mufi Ubaidullah remained second with 17,153 votes.
It may be noted that in 2018, the PTI’s Khayal Zaman had won the seat with a lead of 800 votes, and in 2022 by-polls. However, after the demise of Khayal Zaman recently, his son Dr. Nadeem Khayal was awarded the party’s ticket. The result suggests that the popularity of PTI has increased over the past four years as the PTI grabbed the seat with a lead of almost 4,500 votes.
Since the PTI MNAs have already resigned from National Assembly, it is likely that Dr. Nadeem Khayal would also resign from the National Assembly soon after taking the oath.
The polling has ended for the by-election in the National Assembly constituency in Hangu, NA-33 while the counting of votes has started.
