The Federal Government has the power to make rules. What rule does the government NOT make for the FIA?

  1. The powers of the members of the Agency for conducting inquiries and investigations
  2. The termination and firing of members of the Agency
  3. Decide the terms and conditions of the service of the DG FIA
  4. None of these

The Federal Government, under section 9 of the 1974 FIA Act, has the power to do all of the above but not direct firing and termination.
