According to the section 8″ No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall he against the Federal Government, any member of the Agency or any other person exercising any power or performing any function under this Act or the rules for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under the act or rules”
دفعہ 8 کے مطابق “وہ وفاقی حکومت ، ایجنسی کے کسی ممبر یا کوئی دوسرا فرد اس ایکٹ کے تحت کسی بھی طاقت کا استعمال کرنے یا کسی بھی کام کو انجام دینے یا کسی بھی ایسی چیز کے قواعد و ضوابط کے خلاف قانونی کارروائی نہیں کرے گا جو نیک نیتی سے ہو۔ ایکٹ یا قواعد کے تحت کیا یا کرنا ہے “
