Pakistan Ordnance Factories Advertisement 2022

Eligibility Criteria
Interested male/female applicants possessing Matriculation with Science may apply for this recruitment. Only eligible individuals for POF jobs 2022 may who are aged between 17 to 21 Years may apply for this recruitment.

POF Artisan Training Scheme Details
The selected candidates will undergo 18 months of training at the Pakistan Ordinance Factories Institute of Technology (POFIT) at Wah Cantt as per the provisions of the Apprentices Ordinance 1962.
Selected individuals will be paid a monthly stipend also. The detail of the monthly stipend is also described on the POF website. Uniforms and stationery will be provided free of cost to the artisans during the training.
Under the provisions of the Apprenticeship Rule 1966, the employer is not obliged to offer the apprentice a job. However, a limited number of successful top apprentices can be placed on merit in BPS-5 (Skilled Workman) as per the POF requirements. There will also be a provincial quota for newcomers.
