Many Students and their Parents are wondering if there will be a holiday in schools and colleges in Punjab on May 13, 2023. It’s been reported that the government has already declared holidays for May 10, 11, and 12, 2023 due to the current law and order situation in Punjab.
According to one source, the Punjab Education Department has announced that all government schools in the province will be open from May 13, 2023, which is a Saturday. Secretary of School Education Ahmed Dawla has stated that Friday was the last day of school holidays in Punjab and that government schools across Punjab will open as usual from May 13.
However, it’s important to note that the implementation of Section 144 has been extended in Punjab, and the Punjab Home Department has extended the implementation of Section 144 throughout the province for an indefinite period. Additionally, all PMS exams by PPSC have been postponed until further notice.
