Punjab School Education Department notifications announced All schools, colleges, and Universities in Punjab will be closed for the next two days.
Anyone who engages in violent or disruptive behavior will be prosecuted under the Anti-Terrorism Act. The interim Chief Minister of Punjab, Mohsin Naqvi, has promised to take strict action against anyone who attacks the state of Pakistan or engages in any unlawful activities.
The Punjab Government has announced that schools and colleges in the area will be closed on the 11th and 12th of May 2023. In addition, the chemistry exam and other subjects scheduled for those same days have been postponed. Don’t worry though, new dates for these exams will be shared with everyone at a later time. This announcement applies to all boards in Punjab.

To maintain public order, the army has been deployed in Mianwali.
